Highwater Christian Film Fund is a nonprofit organization whose application for recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) is currently pending with the IRS. If approved, our tax-exempt status is expected to be recognized retroactively to our date of formation. Contributions made while the application is pending are expected to be tax-deductible upon approval; however, donors do not have advance assurance of deductibility until the IRS issues its determination.
